Willem,
I attached a file that starts getting the camel/cxf transport updated to work
properly with 2.4. Right now, there are two tests failing with it. However,
when the tests run individually, they run fine. There is a cleanup issue
someplace, I just haven't had time yet to track that down. Maybe later today
or monday.
