Fix For: 2.8.0
Cometd 2.1.1 fix bunch of issues[1] since the 2.1.0 released, we should upgrade
it.
As the cometd 2.x doesn't provides the OSGi ready bundle, we still need to wrap
a bundle in ServiceMix.
