Willem could we please *not* upgrade to use SNAPSHOT releases as it breaks
building.

Its better to wait for the bundle to be released!
Also the CI servers cannot find the SNAPSHOT versions and fail. That means the
CI servers cannot do a full test cycle.
I suggest to revert this patch and only commit when the bundle has been
published and released.
