Added an URI option to the JT400 component (the following specification can be
used for the documentation):
Name: guiAvailable
Default value: false
Description: specifies whether AS/400 prompting is enabled in the environment
running Camel (true to enable, false to disable).
This applies to both data queue and program call endpoints.
According to the JT400 API specification:
