Content Enricher should decorate the TO_ENDPOINT header so we have the uri of
the resource we enriched from

The regular EIPs such as to, recipient list, multicast, and the likes decorates
the message header with a TO_ENDPOINT with the uri of the endpoint. However the
content enricher (enrich and pollEnrich) doesn't do that, so we should add that
to it.
