Jon, this is the CAMEL-3774 issue, that only fails at release time, but
not during regular mvn install. I spent a bit of time a while ago, but
didn't figure it out. Since we don't release all that often and there is
a a workaround for it I didn't spend more time (yet).

This is fixed on trunk now. Not big issues IMO but it looks like Freeman
found a possibly big one...
