When we have the Camel JMX annotations in place and the camel-core can assemble
a JMXMbean based on those annotations, we can start replacing those in the
camel-core and Camel components.
You should also remove the maven dependency on camel-spring / spring if its not
needed anymore.
Likewise the osgi bundle of camel-core etc. may need to be adjusted as well, as
we no longer have optional dependency on those spring JMX packages.
