Kai, I looking forward for the community feedback you are asking for.
In the meantime, you have to configure the subscription once via the AWS web
console. Than you can use a Camel consumer (SQS, Mail, HTTP or HTTP4) to
consume the messages.
And as you probably know, we love contributions... :-)
