The change is caused the svn wants to update the svn:mergeinfo property.
It just produces some annoying message, you can use
svn pd svn:mergeinfo
camel-core/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/component/file/GenericFileConverter.java
camel-core/src/test/java/org/apache/camel/component/file/GenericFileConverterTest.java
to delete the svn:mergeinfo property.
BTW, I just commit the patch to delete this svn property.
