What a silly remark you have about this. Comparing "cut a functionality" vs "an entire OSS project". We in the community are to discuss freely in the public about the development of Camel. And this is the place to do so. I just express my mind that cutting a functionality that is used by end users of Camel is something that we should have a good reason for doing so. That's all. And its of course my view of this. Christian may have another view. So its a debate. And people in the community should/can participate. Now you are also out of line when you say something about "offended people in the past" in this context. He we discuss JMX functionality of Camel. And whether we should also support MXBean interfaces. And whether to cut the JMX annotations. Which I think its a bad idea (cut JMX annotations) as they are used by end users of Camel as well. IMHO it would be better to support both approaches (annotations + MXBean interfaces). So Hadrian stick to the topic of the thread. If you want to insult me then do it on the PMC. > Cheers, > Hadrian > > > > On 10/18/2011 02:11 AM, Claus Ibsen wrote: >> >> Also it was not need and has not been requested by people so far, and thus >> we have not added support for that in the past. > -- Claus Ibsen ----------------- FuseSource Email: cib...@fusesource.com Web: http://fusesource.com Twitter: davsclaus, fusenews Blog: http://davsclaus.blogspot.com/ Author of Camel in Action: http://www.manning.com/ibsen/
