3 days is maybe a bit on the low side. I would suggest to give more time if possible. People are usually busy with work, life and family. And many on the Camel team is not focused on Camel on a per daily basis. So they may want more time to catch up on the @dev to see what happens, and give them time to provide feedback. > Best, > Christian > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: ASF Board <bo...@apache.org> > Date: Thu, Dec 1, 2011 at 2:08 AM > Subject: ASF Board Report - Initial Reminder for Dec 2011 > To: Christian Mueller <cmuel...@apache.org> > > > > > This email was sent by an automated system on behalf of the ASF Board. > It is an initial reminder to give you plenty of time to prepare the report. > > The meeting is scheduled for Wed, 21 December 2011, 10:00:00 PST and the > deadline for > submitting your report is 1 full week prior to that (Wed, Dec 14th)! > > According to board records, you are listed as the chair of at least one > committee that is due to submit a report this month.
