I merged the 2.9.x and 2.8.x branches this weekend. The camel-2.8.x
tests ran without a problem, so we're in good shape.

mind if I release camel-2.8.4? I am doing full testing now and will do a
dry release this weekend to make sure everything is in order. If all
goes well, I should be able to build the release sometimes next week.
Sure. With trying to get the CXF releases built, I haven't had time to look
through the 2.8.x branch yet to see what's state it's in. If you can,
that's great. I'm hoping to get some time later today or monday morning to
handle it, but any help is greatly appreciated.

In anycase, I'm planning on building/releasing new versions of CXF later
this week. Thus, early next week may be a good time to build and
release 2.8.4. If you have more things you'd like to get in there, now
