I'll look into it. The other issue is imho not really a blocker, but let's redo the release.

Therefore this vote is canceled and we'll redo the 2.10.0 release this week. Please avoid risky commits.

Yeah it would be nice if the pdf is named 2.10 and not SNAPSHOT.
But its not a blocker IMHO if it would take too much effort to fix and
look into fixing (its not a fun stuff to look into)
