Hi, I've just started to work on new Jira component for Camel. It is hosted at GitHub [1].
Jira provides nice Java API to make working with their Rest Web Service API easier. As you can easily guess this component is based on latter Java library. If somebody is interested and got some spare time - feel welcome to join my in my effort :) . Anyway, I'll let you know when it is ready to be submitted here as a patch. Best regards.
