After Camel has changed to git - what about using Gerrit Code Review [1] for handling patches (automatic done of first checks)?
Would that help? There was some initial work by Infra [2] but it seemed that this service is stopped at the moment and Infra is waiting for more users. While short looking I came to GerritHub [3].
