Hi The here been some mailing problems at ASF. But it seems the mails start to flow in again at a steady pace.
I have been testing this 2.13.1 RC for a bit and it looks good from my point of view. +1 I did notice that the JARs contains duplicate of LICENSE LICENSE.txt NOTICE NOTICE.txt But they have always done that. But maybe we should try to get that fixed so there is only 1 file of each?
