camel-optaplanner: Upgrade OptaPlanner from 6.0.1.Final to 6.1.0.CR2
As from OptaPlanner 6.1, there's a public API which will be 100% backwards
compatible for future versions. This PR assures that camel-optaplanner is only
using the public API to communicate with optaplanner-core.
