Added support to exclude a route from documentation
Sometimes you may need to exclude some routes from the documentation.
In our case we want to hide a route which now has performance issues.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ovidiu-hgdata/camel
simi/exclude_route_from_documentation
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/898.patch
