    Remove deprecated method in CamelHttpClient

    I noticed that in CamelHttpClient there's a deprecated method present which 
apparently should've been deleted sooner.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/tkopczynski/camel remove-deprecated-method

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
