IDEA has a nice plugin where you have side by side edit vs view.

And if you build platforms/catalog then it converts all ascii docs to
html files also, and report any mistakes when doing so.

And then there is the work on the website which shows the docs in html
in the camel-website folder. However that work hasn't been so active,
but you can run some maven/grunt stuff that shows the docs.

Also github shows the adoc files nicely, but then you need to commit
and push first ;)
