Unable to change DataFormat.contentTypeHeader value to false
`JaxbDataFormat` has a `contentTypeHeader` property with default value of
`TRUE`. It should be able to change `contentTypeHeader` to `FALSE`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/realmfoo/camel dataformat
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
