awesome! There is a call for participation[1], you can submit a 25min
or a 45min talk by sending an e-mail to the
java-devr...@lists.fosdem.org mailing list (subscribe first[2]). You
can see an example of a submission here[3]. I guess chances to get
accepted are higher for 25min talks (more slots) than for a full 45min
talk.

I'm also trying to organize a birds of a feather (BoF) session, but
the submission for those are not yet open, so no announcement yet. On
the BoF session we can do lightning talks or a roundtable discussion
-- it's really up to us.
