Hi Willem, awesome! There is a call for participation[1], you can submit a 25min or a 45min talk by sending an e-mail to the java-devr...@lists.fosdem.org mailing list (subscribe first[2]). You can see an example of a submission here[3]. I guess chances to get accepted are higher for 25min talks (more slots) than for a full 45min talk.
I'm also trying to organize a birds of a feather (BoF) session, but the submission for those are not yet open, so no announcement yet. On the BoF session we can do lightning talks or a roundtable discussion -- it's really up to us. Let me know if I can help you with your submission, zoran [1] https://wiki.debian.org/Java/DevJam/2019/Fosdem/CallForParticipation [2] https://lists.fosdem.org/listinfo/java-devroom [3] https://lists.fosdem.org/pipermail/java-devroom/2017-December/000217.html On Fri, Oct 26, 2018 at 4:12 AM, Willem Jiang <willem.ji...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi Zoran, > > I'd like to attend this meeting and share some experiences of moving > the enterprise application into Cloud with Camel. > Please let me know what I need to do next. > > Willem Jiang > > Twitter: willemjiang > Weibo: 姜宁willem > > On Mon, Oct 22, 2018 at 4:27 PM Zoran Regvart <zo...@regvart.com> wrote: >> >> Hi, >> so I'll reply here on topic, I'd like to encourage anyone to have a >> talk at FOSDEM about Camel (well about anything you like really[1], >> but I'd like it to be about Camel :). >> >> I think Free Java Dev Room is a good place to talk about Camel, >> perhaps a lightning talk there would be nice. >> >> I offer my help with the writing the submission, presentation material >> or anything really to anyone wishing to participate :) >> >> zoran >> >> [1] https://fosdem.org/2019/news/2018-10-14-accepted-developer-rooms/ >> -- >> Zoran Regvart -- Zoran Regvart
