nicolaferraro opened a new issue #365: Automatically apply defaults to platform configuration URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-k/issues/365 We use to add configuration defaults to `deploy/platform-cr.yaml` (maven repo, camel version, base image, ...) as it's the file used to template the plaftorm CR when doing `kamel install`. But there are other ways to install Camel K (it probably will be bundled with Knative or Syndesis, to name a few). When initializing the platform (initialize action) we should fill the missing values from the default configuration. Default values may be left in the `platform-cr.yaml` file.
