The way to make IDE aware of the scripting for Idea should be this one: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/GRVY/Scripting+IDE+for+DSL+awareness I'm not very sure about let people add grape's annotations in the script as it could be misleading as grape is in fact not enabled so the annotations have no meaning at runtime.
