Hi Roberto, The list of licenses that can be included in an ASF project is listed at https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html. It looks that the 'GNU General Public License 3.0' is part of the X category, i.e. licenses that we can't include.
You would then need to go another path. Congrats for having raised this point on your own.
