Excellent. I've created the following JIRA [1] please let me know if there are any goals or non-goals that should be added. I'll start work on an initial PR for 3.x based on the source I provided as camel-main-osgi within the camel-core folder if there are no objections. Then we can evolve it from there. Looking forward to collaborating on this!
