I've been asked a lot over the years about how orgs can find the students that will stay involved after the program ends. After putting out the call to y'all a few weeks ago many mentors came in and added their thoughts to our shared doc, Tips for Finding the "right" GSoC Student for your Org. While it is not a comprehensive list it does have some very helpful tips from folks who have been doing this for many years, we hope these tips along with the advice in the Mentor Guide, will help you find long term contributors to your projects.
