Cannot build from the camel-3.5.0 tag

Hi,

I cannot build from the recent camel-3.5.0 tag:
git checkout -b 3.5.x camel-3.5.0
mvn clean install -DskipTests
...
No versions available for 
org.eclipse.platform:org.eclipse.equinox.common:jar:[3.12.0,4.0.0) 
within specified range

Is this a known problem?
