Hi I say we go ahead with the release.
If it was a memory leak, CVE, or data corruption or some of that sorts in the core or important component, then a recut would be advised. However its a non LTS release, and we want to get this out in the hands in the community at regular schedules. The next 3.13 is coming in next month (November). The jbang is new development and its not used for production usage, but for ways for developers to quickly try Camel without the traditional "heavy Java way".
