Hi The documentation cleanup is far ahead - A 2nd pass on the general documentation is pending.
I am currently working on better health-checks in the Camel components, starting with the consumer side. eg so we can report Camel as un-healthy if a route consumer is not working correctly. For the producer side we have to think more about what we want to do. So that is targeted for 3.14.
