Hi Claus, Thank you for your answer. Just to be sure that I get it right, we can upgrade in case of a patch release, we cannot upgrade in case of major release but what about a minor release? In this case, we would need to upgrade grpc from minor release (1.45) to another (1.48), it is still acceptable? If so, I will cherry pick the upgrade commit in the branch 3.18.
