camel-grpc-kafka-connector

Hi,

Is the camel-grpc-kafka-connector still available in the latest version of
Camel. I only see it in version 0.11.x. We need a Connect gRPC sink and the
camel-grpc-kafka-connector seems to be exactly what we are looking for.
