Regeneration of endpoint-dsl classes

Hi all,
Do the generated java classes in 
dsl/camel-endpointdsl/src/generated/java get updated automatically 
periodically or only when explicitly committed?
I committed the builder classes related to my correction of CAMEL-20079 
but my local build also included references to the recently added SMB 
component which aren't present in EndpointBuilders.java in github.
For the moment, I didn't commit those as they weren't related to my 
change. So I was wondering if I should or not.
