*asf958 * /*asf959 *(assuming this is the main CI env)
Operating system: Linux 5.15.0-105-generic (*amd64*)
CPU cores: *24 cores *
Max JVM memory heap size: 3.5 GiB

*ppc64le:*
Operating system: Linux 5.15.0-91-generic (*ppc64le*)
CPU cores *16 cores*
Max JVM memory heap size 3.5 GiB

Assuming network connectivity is identical, CPU power could have a bearing
on the performance of builds.
