Following the repository donation/migration of **camel-kit** to the Apache
Camel project, the Maven coordinates should be migrated to the official Apache
Camel group.
### Tasks
- [ ] Update root `pom.xml` groupId to `org.apache.camel`
- [ ] Update child modules' `<parent>` and `<groupId>` references:
- `camel-kit-core`
- `camel-kit-graph`
- `camel-kit-main`
- `camel-kit-ship-resolver`
- `camel-jbang-plugin-kit`
- [ ] Update intra-project dependencies across all module POMs
- [ ] Update shade plugin relocations, dependency exclusions, and metadata
paths in `camel-kit-ship-resolver` and `camel-jbang-plugin-kit`
- [ ] Update documentation, examples, and JBang catalog references
(`README.md`, `jbang-catalog.json`, etc.)
- [ ] Verify build and tests pass (`./mvnw clean install`)
*(Note: Aligning the Java package namespace from
`io.github.luigidemasi.camelkit` to `org.apache.camel.kit` can be evaluated
separately or alongside this change).*
