Added `--with-citrus-mcp` to `KitInitCommand` (line 56-58) and forwarded to
`initCommand.withCitrusMcp` in `doCall()` (line 88). New
`pluginForwardsWithCitrusMcpOption()` test in `CamelKitCommandParityTest`
exercises both standalone and plugin surfaces with and without the flag,
verifying `citrus.mcp.enabled` property and MCP config content.
