no need to ignore testcase as external carbon segments are pruned by
indexserver. non-carbon segments are not pruned. From `distributedPrunedRdd
`when async calls to prune are made, `TableIndex.prune` method throws
IOException and this is not handled in parent caller - `indexserver.getsplits`
