it's now fixed (for the INFRA), and I requested same access for PMC and
Committers. Actually the Nexus profile wasn't created for CarbonData.
By the way, the release vote is in progress, hopefully, I will be able
to forward to incubator (for IPMC vote) tonight (my time).
Let me find the Jira ID.

I created the branch-0.1 branch where I started the 0.1.0-incubating
release process.
If release:prepare worked fine, unfortunately, I have permission issue to
complete release:perform (to upload the artifacts on the staging
repository). I'm waiting for INFRA to complete the release. Hopefully, I
will be able to start the vote soon.
