combine two same name classes
there are two same name classes, need to optimize :
integration/spark/src/test/scala/org/apache/carbondata/spark/load/CarbonLoaderUtilTest.java
integration/spark/src/test/java/org/carbondata/integration/spark/load/CarbonLoaderUtilTest.java
This PR merged them.
