When I'm trying to run RLIKE with empty regex, it is showing me all the records instead of no record. select * from knolders where age RLIKE ''; It is behaving in a similar manner for REGEXP operator. thats beacuse it is executing in spark sql this behaviour is different from hive can we write our own parser for it
