I know, I know, 1.0.5 is just out the oven. Yet, we've fixed a number of annoying bugs, and in particular CASSANDRA-3551 and CASSANDRA-3577,3585 probably justify a new release by themselves. I thus propose the following artifactfs for release as 1.0.6.
