+1 from me as well.

   I will note that the SHA referenced in the IP Clearance docs
(acea0b9de8f3394b245261fe10693ff3c242958d)
does not include the commit which changes copyright assignment to the ASF.
My recollection is that (a) this was true for the other donated drivers as
well and that (b) there was a very straightforward process to get those
commits in after donation.  If those statements are correct please ignore
this entire line of reasoning, otherwise we can take whatever steps are
necessary to resolve.
