Hi,
just to let everybody know that Ralf has started moving all JDO-related
code to a new (Maven) module. As a result of this, we'll be having a new
deployment artefact for Castor JDO and JDO-related code will *not* be
included in the main download artefact.
This step is similar to the one taken a few weeks ago for the XML code
generator, and will in the end produce JARs that are much reduced in
terms of file size. It's now up to the user to selectively download and
deploy the required files.
For those using Maven 2, things get even simpler, as defining one
dependency frequently is sufficient.
As always, any feedback welcome. And kudos to Ralf for taking almost the
complete workload on this task.
