Hi guys,
I have just attached a patch to CASTOR-2041 that adds the 'sortedmap'
value to the enumeration in mapping.xsd. This way, I am able to generate
the Java classes for the mapping more than once.
Please bear in mind that I am working on Windows, as as such it looks
like I am not capable of reproducing your first problem (missing
castorbuilder.properties).
