Werner,
Thanx. For the reply. Sure. Is that stuff stable. What is the best way to get a SVN trunk?

This link is broken.
http://cvs.castor.codehaus.org/viewrep/castor/castor/trunk

Thx.

Stephen,

I'd prefer if you checked out a fresh copy of Castor from SVN trunk, and based your work on recent code. Would that be an option for you ?

And yes, building Castor is as simple as (starting at the project root),

> cd bin
> build

Hi,
   I am trying to build castor but I am getting the following error.

C:\java_external\castor-1.1.2.1\src\build.xml:177: C:\java_external\castor-1.1.2
.1\cpa\src\main\java\org\castor\jdo\conf not found.

It is looking for "cpa/src/main/java" which doesn't exist.

   <property name="cpa.java" value="${basedir}/cpa/src/main/java"/>

What is the safe way to build castor? I did the following.

copied ant jars to "bin/lib"
cd bin
build..bat
