Hi Bao,

Do you use a Maven-Eclipse plugin?
Do you generate the .project & .classpath file using mvn eclipse:eclipse?
Do you use the .project & .classpath files as checked in?
Do you work with the svn.codehaus.org/castor/castor/trunk as one big
project or do you split up into the subprojects?

Just to try to narrow down your problem...
