Maven release has been deployed to the Codehaus Maven repo, and
reference guide has been uploaded.
Still need to run a few cross-checks, so I guess I will ask the Codehaus
chaps to repoint the HTML docs symlink tomorrow.
Last step will be to switch the symlink for the HTML docs to point to
release 1.3.1.
