* What is the difference between "download Metamodel" with a format of CSV,
versus "download Metamodel (CSV)"
* for the former, the "zip" checkbox doesn't seem to be honoured - always
downloads a zip
* have a checkbox to auto-select/de-select all causeway namespaces?
* for "download Metamodel", seems to show package name rather than logical
type name
* for "download Metamodel", should only offer namespaces that are available in
the metamodel.
