Description:
The only action method should be that defined by its (possibly implicit)
@DomainObject#mixinMethod.
A validation failure should be raised if any other @Property, @Collection or
@Action members are discovered.
(NB: in the future we might allow read-only @Property or @Collections for
contributed actions, these supplying information - eg help text - about the
contributed action itself).
Summary: Metamodel validation to detect spurious @Actions or
