Description:
To reproduce, open up demo app, navigate to @PropertyLayout#describedAs.
There is no description (tooltip for label) for the "layout.xml" example, even
though presenti in the layout.xml file.
Note that it _does_ work for collections, and it _does_ work for actions.

It's possible (not tested) that this doesn't work for actions and collections
also.
